  • Can I make an offer on an item listed on your website?
    Yes, feel free to contact us with item offers. Message us through the website or call our office at (305) 235-8550.
  • What is the meaning of "Dome Wear", "Shelf Wear", and "Base Wear"?"
    In our item descriptions we include a condition report. Items vary from "Excellent", "Very Good", or "Good condition". In addition, if any wear is found it should be mentioned as Dome Wear (top of a paperweight), Base Wear (bottom of a paperweight), or Shelf Wear (general wear; unspecific to an area).
  • Can I have more detailed photographs of a specific piece?
    Yes, please send us a message with the item title. If there are specific shots or areas of a piece you would like to see, please mention it in your message. We will try and send requested photographs within a reasonable time.
  • Are your paperweight stands for sale?
    No, we do not sell stands. If you are interested in where we recieve our stands please send us a message.
  • Which shipping services do you use?
    The shipping services we use are the United States Postal Services (USPS) as well as the United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • Do you insure packages?
    Yes, all items have insured shipping. We carefully package and insure each and every item.
  • Can you combine shipping on multiple items?
    Yes, we do combined shipping. Please contact us before payment so we may adjust the shipping cost.
